Tieners by worshipdiens

This past Thursday evening, a couple of young people gathered for youth coffee bar. Now it was not the time or place to learn how to become coffee connoisseurs. Instead we used the time to discuss more pressing matters on all young people's minds, relationships. Before we sat down to have civilized conversation, we had a less civilized time of water balloon fights.

The moral of the balloon fight was connected to our subject for the evening (of course it was)... And the moral of the story was, that if you know for a fact that trouble is headed your way, you would get out of the way! And this paved the way for our discussion on relationships. In a nutshell, we concluded that if you are old enough to be in a dating relationship, you should also be responsible enough to set the correct boundaries and morals in that relationship. Relationships that allow too much, too fast are set up for failure and destroys the persons involved. And ultimately, dating prepares two young people for marriage, and that should always be in the back of any young couple's minds. Respect each other, and don't ruin somebody else's future husband or wife.
